Hi Adorae! 
If you want to download a theme. Just click on the OTA (over the air ) download for the model and os(operating system) that matches your blackberry, use using your blackberry browser.
The OTA link is usually the word OTA or the words next to it. Be sure to make sure your logged in using your blackberry and you should have no problems downloading the theme!
For a more detailed set of easy to follow instructions, you can find download instructions threads I posted at the top of a lot of the theme sections.
